ADD GRUP – 33 years of growth, technology, and international success
On January 24, 2025, ADD GRUP celebrated 33 years of successful work in the development and production of intelligent solutions for resource metering. Over these years, we have come a long way, enabling us to implement smart metering projects in 38 countries worldwide.
This year has been particularly special for us: we have surpassed the milestone of more than 8.5 million installed smart meters. This achievement marks an important stage in the company’s development and reaffirms the high level of trust from our customers around the world.
Our Key Achievements in 2024
- Together with our partner IDEA, we have launched a smart water metering project in Italy for ABC in Naples. Additionally, we have started delivering smart water meters to Greece, in Mandra Municipality, in cooperation with our partner Trek Developments.
- Our smart water meters are currently being tested in more than 20 countries, proving their reliability, accuracy, and efficiency under various operating conditions.
- We are deploying 4 relatively big pilot projects based on PRIME in Peru at Distriluz, SEAL, Electrosur, Adinelsa together with our partners from Teching.
- Throughout its history, ADD GRUP has been an export-oriented company. However, in 2024, we took a significant step forward — we started supplying our meters to our domestic market. Those are as well based on PRIME technology (PRIME 1.3.6, 1.4 and Hybrid). This milestone underscores the high competitiveness of our technologies.
- Certainly we have continued our supplies to our faithful customers with whom cooperation history is much longer, among them the largest being EVN Bulgaria, EVN Macedonia, DEO Romania, Iberdrola Spain. Major part of deliveries is as well based on PRIME.
