We are launching Addra Flow Track — a new mobile application for full control and management of water consumption.

ADD GRUP continues to develop innovative solutions aimed at increasing efficiency and transparency of water accounting. Today we are pleased to present the Addra Flow Track mobile application, which opens new possibilities of interaction with the ADDRA water meter for users.

Now every owner of a water meter can see their water consumption in real time, analyze statistics, and control the supply directly from their smartphone. This makes the process of accounting and monitoring not only accurate, but also maximally convenient.

Addra Flow Track is a step toward forming a full digital ecosystem of ADDRA. Previously, water meters worked in conjunction with remote monitoring platforms mainly intended for utility services. Now we are expanding capabilities — control becomes accessible to the end users.

The application allows you to get fast and visual access to key information: current consumption, usage trends, and water cost. All this in an intuitive interface built with real usage scenarios in mind.

To start using the application, the user only needs to scan the QR code on the ADDRA water meter box. The code will automatically redirect to the App Store or Google Play to install Addra Flow Track.

After installation, the user needs to rescan the same QR code to add the device to the system.

Each water meter has a unique digital key encrypted in the QR code. This ensures that only its owner can connect the device — no external users will be able to access the data or controls.

Immediately after connection, the user gains access to the main features of the app:

1. Viewing current water usage for day, week, and month — both in cubic meters and in monetary terms.
2. Remote valve control — the ability to limit or shut off water supply with a single tap.
3. Adding multiple water meters in one profile — convenient for homeowners, landlords, or management companies that control multiple sites.

These features make interacting with the water meter simple. The user sees the real picture of their consumption, can make decisions to reduce usage, and improve efficiency.

We are already working on the next versions of Addra Flow Track, which will include new capabilities:

• Consumption history by days and months for deeper analysis and leak detection.
• Custom billing date, which will allow synchronizing accounting with payment of services.
• Interface in eight languages: English, Italian, Greek, Spanish, French, Arabic, Romanian, and Russian. This will make the application convenient for users in different countries where ADDRA water meters are installed.

Addra Flow Track was created with a consumer orientation, and we want it to develop with their participation. Users will be able to leave reviews, remarks, and suggestions. These reviews will become an important part of the product development process.

We will listen to the opinions of end users and utility companies that work daily with water accounting systems. This will allow us to refine the interface, improve functions, and add new tools maximally adapted to real needs.
